FREESTYLERS was established on August 20, 2004 from the 2 rival groups in Calamba, Laguna (Mega Mixer & Twice Limit Dancers) as they decide to join force they choose the name FREESTYLERS to be their group identity.. the group first move is not to make a dance piece, they started to make a very huge dreams such as: to be no. 1 dance group in Laguna, to be known as one of great competing dance group, to have a TV appearance and to follow the steps of manouvers & streetboys.. then they start to put up their own dance piece.. after a few months in barangayan fiesta dance competitions they decided to another step to their dream. they join the Chowtime Chowdance in IBC-13 (2004) they become grandfinalist but unfortunately they didnt got the title.. the next tv contest is the ABS-CBN U Can Dance season 1 at the semi-final round they have beaten by the grand champion Limited Boys.. they also pass the audition in SM Sta.Mesa Talentadong Pinoy and they compete in TV-5 Talentadong Pinoy (2008).. They also join a dance contest in TV-5 Super Slam Bang (2009).. as of now the group is mainstay guest of Miss Lucy Torres' Shall We Dance at TV-5 (2009). Many Group have guts and many groups have talents but Freestylers always believed that "ONLY THE MIGHTY REMAINS"
