PINOY HIP-HOP originally named was Generation X, the group was formed way back 1999 and the dance style was a mix of techno and punky. The group suffered a big loss in 2005 and they almost disbanded. But, the group never gave-up and decided to change the image and so as the dancing styles, until they learned new steps which they are very proud of. Now, they are dancing with a great move and call themselves the group of “PINOY HIP-HOP”.

Unified in representing the University Of Santo Tomas - College of Fine Arts and Design (UST CFAD) through creativity, personality and character in the world of performing arts, specifically in dancing.
The Crew started way back year 2006. A group of young talented individuals from different schools and from different dance groups within Cabadbaran City Mindanao. A newly proclaimed City in Agusan del Norte... Most of the crew members are from NORMI dance Troupe Before, a School in Cabadbaran which is familiarly known to dancing eversince before. The crew was created out of inspiration of a famous Hip Hop Dance Crew who is actualy now the world champs the Philippine Allstars... back in June 2008, the group first joined a major competition at Cagayan de Oro City for the Groove Urban dance Battle 08 and we made it 5th place and one of the Top 10 who will represent Mindanao on the World Supremacy Battlegrounds Philippne Finals in Manila on October 2008. On October, Nextblock joined the World Supremacy Battlegrounds held in Crossroads.. Of over 38 competitors, in God's will we ended up 1st Runner Up and one of the crew that would represent Philippines in Australia together with the Exquizyth but unfortunately we couldnt maket it to the Battlegrounds international due financial insuficiency. The group tried their best to raise funds for the competition but it didnt paid out and the group failed to compete in Australia. Its sad to think of it but its not already the end of it. Its just the beginning of what we started to...Now the group is in its 3rd year already and counting... and with Gods presence, we'll still countinue to dance with the talent and the blessings that God Gave us and to live the supremacy of Hip Hop as long as we can...

The group was formed June 29, 2oo7 originally by 6 friends,
dancers from Cavite City.
Our dance techniques are HiPHOP, LA style, B'BOYiNG, cheerdance.
We are joining different dance contests and gained awards in different places.
We are dancing from our heart and to entertain people.
For us, dancing is part of our life, DANCiNG iS OUR PASSiON.
We are performing to inspire others.
We are not just a group but a family.
The FLiPSiDE MOVERZ were now a group of 21 members, they are RENZ, TOPHER, BiZ, JC, MiGZ, ViCTOR, ERSY, NiEL, PATET, RJ, CLARK, KAZU, J1, OGiE, JAYSON, ANN, CIARA, JOANNE, KiKO, RB, and their choreographer EiGHT BALUD.
Our group stands for so much than winning. For us, winning is just for fame.
It doesn't matter if we win or lose as long as we're united and we represent each other as one.
